You’ve got questions. Sweet! Let’s talk!

  • Spirit wear is more than just apparel—it’s a way to bring people together, build pride, and create a sense of belonging. Whether it’s students repping their school, employees showing company pride, or families cheering on their favorite team, spirit wear helps unify groups and celebrate what matters most to them.

At Go Team, we go beyond traditional sports team gear. While we love outfitting teams and fans, we also create custom apparel for schools, businesses, events, clubs, fundraisers, and just about any occasion you can think of. From spirit days and company swag to family reunions and special events, if you can dream it, we can design it.

Every order is customized to fit your needs—whether you're placing a small order or coordinating apparel for a large group. We’re here to make the process simple, flexible, and tailored to you, so you can focus on showing your spirit in style.

  • DTF stands for Direct-to-Film, a printing method that allows us to create vibrant, full-color designs and apply them to a wide variety of apparel. It’s one of our go-to techniques because of its versatility, durability, and high-quality finish.

With DTF printing, your design is printed onto a special film and then heat-pressed onto the garment. This process allows for bold colors, fine details, and even complex designs—without the limitations you might see with traditional methods like screen printing or vinyl.

One of the biggest advantages of DTF is flexibility. It works on a wide range of fabrics and is perfect for everything from small custom orders to larger group apparel. Plus, there’s no need for minimum quantities, making it a great option whether you need just a few items or a full run.

The result? Soft-feel prints that hold up well over time—so your spirit wear looks just as good after many washes as it did on day one.

  • AI-generated artwork can be a great starting point for creative, unique designs—but it’s important to understand that most AI images are not print-ready right out of the gate. While they may look sharp on a screen, they’re often created at a lower resolution than what’s needed for high-quality apparel printing.

For the best results, artwork needs to be high-resolution (typically 300 DPI at print size) to ensure clean lines, crisp details, and vibrant output on your garments. Without this, designs can appear blurry or pixelated when printed—especially on larger prints.

If you’re providing AI-generated artwork, it will need to be properly upscaled and prepared for print. You’re welcome to handle this on your end, or we can take care of it for you for an additional fee. Our team will optimize the file to ensure it meets print standards and looks its best on your final product.

We’re always happy to review your artwork and guide you on the best next steps—so you get a finished piece you’re proud to wear!

  • To make sure your spirit wear looks its absolute best, we require print-ready artwork that meets a few key guidelines. The most important factor is resolution—designs should be at least 300 DPI at the size you want them printed. This ensures crisp lines, clean details, and vibrant results on your final product.

Vector files (such as AI, EPS, or SVG) are always preferred because they can be resized without losing quality. If you’re submitting a raster image (like PNG or JPG), it needs to be high-resolution and properly sized—small or low-quality images can appear blurry or pixelated when printed.

For full-front or full-back prints, your design should be sized appropriately. We recommend a minimum of 14 inches on the longest side to ensure proper coverage and visual impact on the garment.

If you’re using AI-generated artwork, keep in mind that it’s often not high-resolution enough for printing as-is. These files typically need to be upscaled and adjusted before they’re production-ready. You’re welcome to provide a print-ready version, or we can prepare and optimize your artwork for an additional fee.

Not sure if your file meets the requirements? No problem—send it our way! We’re happy to take a look and guide you on the next steps to ensure your design prints beautifully.

  • We believe custom apparel should be accessible—so we don’t charge set-up fees to open your store, and we don’t require order minimums. Whether you need a handful of items or a larger group order, we’re happy to work with you.

That said, there is one behind-the-scenes factor to be aware of. We source blank apparel from trusted distributors who do have their own minimum order requirements. If your store launches at a time when we don’t already have an order going in—and your sales volume is low—it may take a little longer for us to place that order and begin production.

If that situation comes up, we’ll always communicate clearly and keep you informed so there are no surprises.

The only additional fees you may encounter are related to design. If you need help making your artwork print-ready or would like us to create a custom design for you, we’re happy to do so for an additional fee.

Our goal is to keep things flexible, transparent, and easy—so you can focus on sharing your spirit wear with your group!

  • We know you’re excited to get your spirit wear—and we work hard to make that happen as quickly as possible! For most custom orders, our standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from the time your design is finalized and payment is received.

Turnaround time can vary slightly depending on order size, design complexity, and current production volume, but we’ll always communicate clearly and keep you updated along the way.

Need your order sooner? Let us know! Rush options may be available for an additional fee, depending on our production schedule.

Our goal is to deliver high-quality apparel on time—so you can show off your spirit without the wait.

  • Our spirit wear is made to be worn and enjoyed—not babied! We use high-quality, commercial-grade inks and films designed for durability, so your apparel can hold up through hundreds of washes while still looking great.

In fact, we wear our own house-made garments all the time and wash them right along with the rest of our laundry—no special treatment needed—and they continue to look fantastic.

That said, if you want to maximize the life of your design, we recommend turning garments inside out before washing, using cold water, and avoiding fabric softeners, as they can break down the print over time. Tumble dry low or air dry when possible, and avoid ironing directly on the design.

At the end of the day, our goal is to give you apparel that’s both high-quality and easy to care for—so you can wear it often and wash it without worry.

  • We’re a family-owned small business that started with a simple need—spirit wear for our daughter’s youth softball team. At the time, the options available just didn’t make sense for us. Other companies required high minimum orders and charged expensive setup fees, which made it tough for smaller teams and families.

As artists and designers, we already had half the recipe—we just needed to figure out the production side. That’s when we discovered DTF printing, rolled up our sleeves, and got to work. Before long, we had created custom apparel for our entire team’s families—and it was a hit.

Word spread quickly. Other teams started reaching out, and what began as a solution for one team turned into something much bigger. Today, we’re proud to outfit schools, baseball, softball, and soccer teams of all levels, as well as businesses and organizations looking for custom apparel for their teams and employees.

    And we’re just getting started.
